Nicholas Hedenkamp

Nicholas has experience in non-profit fundraising both as a volunteer and a development coordinator. Most recently, he worked for the statewide non-profit Colorado Health Network (CHN), where he developed new fundraising strategies and grew CHN’s fundraising revenue. Through Nicholas’ experience as a fundraiser, he truly understands the need for the support that Pursuant offers to non-profits. Nicholas graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a Bachelor’s in Political Science and a focus area on International Affairs.

Why do you do what you do?

At my core I am a giver. My passion is to support those most in need and empower others. I seek to help others succeed and I believe the fastest way to success is to first help others. Developing relationships with non-profits and sharing knowledge is something I thrive on.

Before joining Pursuant, he volunteered across the southern region of Africa providing education and resources to villages and towns in parts of Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and South Africa. With these experiences, I acquired a strong desire to pursue non-profit work.

I enjoy hitting the slopes in Colorado, golfing, or binge-watching Netflix with my lazy dog Abby. You can also catch me jet setting on my next adventure overseas.
